Website Hosting ($25 per site)
If you would like us to take care of hosting your website on our fast servers, we can migrate your site and host it on an ongoing basis for just $25 per website, this can be added after choosing a plan. All hosting plans include an SSL certificate to ensure data between your website and visitors is encrypted and safe from hackers.
Offsite Backup
Whilst we do everything we can to secure your website, every website is vulnerable to some hacker attacks, virus infections, or hardware failures. While this is an incredibly rare occurrence, having a recent backup to restore your website from is vital. We backup your website offsite on a completely different server in a different data centre, meaning your website can be quickly restored to its last good state if needed.
Updates
WordPress receives regular security updates, as do plugins and themes. As security issues are identified they are patched. If your website doesn’t have the latest versions of themes, plugins and WordPress then it is at risk of being hacked. We keep your website up to date and secure.
Database Optimisation
WordPress is a database-driven system, it constantly reads from and writes to this database. A database is a big collection of text stored in various tables, and can sometimes get a bit bloated. Optimising a database regularly is a great way to prevent issues and keep things running smoothly and quickly.
Virus Scanning
Hackers are always trying to gain access to websites, and when they do they try to install viruses to infect your site and use it to serve things that you really wouldn’t want your website to be associated with. On top of keeping everything up to date, we also scan regularly for viruses to make sure your website is clean and secure.
Spam Comment Removal
Spammers like leaving comments on websites with links to their websites to try and get some web traffic. Their websites are usually the type of site that you don’t want to be affiliated with and wouldn’t like your website linking to. Often the spam issue can become so bad that there are hundreds and hundreds of spam comments on your website. We help prevent this by regularly removing spam comments from your website to keep it clear of spam.
Website Edits
Website edits are 30-minute blocks of little website edits provided by you, such as:
Creating a new page
Changing, adding or removing text
Changing, adding or removing images
Adjustments to a contact form
Any bigger changes to your website will be charged at our hourly rate. Hours can be purchased in blocks at a discounted rate during signup. If purchasing blocks of time, you have access to our team for that number of hours per month and we guarantee a response within 24 hours on weekdays. Any unused hours from a month can be rolled over to the following month for a maximum of one month to give you flexibility when required.
